We will teach you all the Swedish Happy Birthday song on September 10th when Boda turns 4 years old.
Please join us to celebrate. Andy Lang will play as he has on the opening night and the other three birthday parties and we will have cake and cava to nibble on.
Boda will be closed 1st and 2nd of September for some renovation work so do expect some paint odour.

Sunday 17th August 4pm Joanne Pagan will have her exhibition opening in Victoria.
Here is a bit about her:
"Originally from the north west of Scotland, I have been in Edinburgh on and off for 10 years now. Only in the past year have i found myself living in Leith and wonder now how I ever lived anywhere else! My collection of photographs is some of my favourites; a mixture of places, experiences, chance and abstract." Joanne Pagan

We pray for the sun to shine on us on Saturday 16th August 11am-4pm.

There will be day in the Park on Montgomery street with activities like:
- Cake Competition (prize is a voucher at Manna House)
- Fairy tale and Super hero Fancy Dress for kids
- Dog show
- Herb walks
Loads of children games like: ballon brigade relay, parachute games, pin the tail on the pig, welly boot toss, sponge race, popcorn shoes relay etc.

The bars will have a stall promoting jogging club, knitting group, Boda Beach Party, and the lovely meatballs at Joseph Pearces and some crayfish party will also be going on.

Swedes loves the combination of singing and aquavit.
August 10th this year starts the Crayfish season and we want to celebrate it in Joseph Pearce's. We usually have a crayfish party in the house with friends but since I thought it is such a great tradition I thought we can do it big this year.

Swedish Crayfish party includes loads of crayfish, 3 Aquavit, 1 Swedish beer Arton56, Swedish cheese, tart and salad and most importantly a hat and bib. Anna will teach everyone Swedish drinking songs and how to drink Aquavit the Swedish way. Mattias will play the guitar.

Born and brought up in the stunning beauty of Cairngorm region in the Highlands - now a national park - Eilidh moved to Aberdeen to study art, then to Edinburgh 2000 for an advanced diploma in photography, graduating summer of 2003.

Realising almost immediately that her passion was for close up, macro scale photography, Eilidhs takes photos of capture minituare textures and details, often in organic materials and everyday objects.

DJs every Wednesday and Sunday including Dolphin Boy and Vic Galloway and Steve Mason from Beta Band will do a Reagge night. So put on your flipflops and Hawaii shirt and come along Leith Walks first beach!

Sofi's 3 year Anniversary - Midsommarfest will take place on Friday 20th June from 6pm onwards.
