If you have not heard about our Jogging Club at Joseph Pearce's, I think it is about time. It has been running for over 2 years now. Started solely to get rid of Annas babyfat after Carl's birth, but since then it has developed into being a very social event.
It was actually the jogging club that asked for a Singles Night in Victoria and that has been fun!!!
NOW WE ARE RAISING MONEY FOR CANCER RESEARCH BY RACING CHRIS HOY'S HALF MARATHON 18th APRIL. If you would like to donate or give any prices to our raffle and auction at the Fundraising night in Victoria on 16th April, please contact myself at anna@bodabar.com
See you around!

Spring is here!!
I think Monday was the first spring day and don't you feel the energy just coming through the veins!! The spring is so nice - especially after a cold winter.
The Jogging club is still going strong although there are not a lot of us enthusiast, so please join us. We are jogging every Tuesdays at 7pm with start in Joseph Pearce's and we stop in Sofi's for a small break with lingonberry juice, then we run back to JP's.
This year we have two goals. Two of us are doing Chris Hoy's Half Marathon 18th April for Cancer Research with a fundraising night in Victoria on 16th April.
We are also doing the 10km BUPA Edinburgh run 2nd May.
Welcome to join in!!!
Anna
Even though the Spring is not really here just yet, we will try to encourage it to come!
By bringing out our SPRING MENU at Joseph Pearces.
It is a menu filled with nice light dishes like Mozzarella Zucchini Salad, lots of cool platters eg Wonton, Smorgasbord and new main courses like Elderflower Meatballs, Roast Pork Belly Spring Lamb chops and Rabbit terrine.
We have also decided to make Joseph Pearce’s a Chips-Free Zone. Edinburgh is full of good chips places. But we want to give you something different; Swedish Hasselbacks Potatoes! The Nordic Version of Chips, just tastier and healthier!
Cold outside, warmth inside.
Today is the official Compliment Day! So look at the people around you and see all there positivie characteristics and tell it to them!!!
You will see the reaction!
Anna
We have decided we want to join in on the:
OFFICIAL COMPLIMENT DAY 24TH FEBRUARY
There are only 2 rules:
1. You should give a compliment to people you meet.
2. It has to be true!
We think there are far too little compliments given to each other around the world and we should do something about it!!
So join in you too - you can give it to a friend, family member or a stranger on the street.
Just say what you usually just think! It doesn't mean that everyone think you will be flirting with them and if so, so what. Let them enjoy it!!
