Happy (Swedish) Midsummer!

Not sure what Midsummer is? Well, it’s a celebration of the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. And as one of the oldest and most widely celebrated holidays of the year in Sweden we want to bring that spirit to Edinburgh!

Over the years we’ve thrown some awesome Midsummer parties, including the traditional dancing around the Maypoles. We’re getting ready to do it all again for 2023, adding traditional Swedish food platters washed down with our favourite Scandi spirits.

• FRIDAY: We’ll be launching our Akvavit cocktail selection in partnership with OP Anderson!

• SATURDAY: Midsummers Lunch with traditional Smorgasbord Sharing Platters and Scadi Spirit Flights

• Sunday: Easing you out of the weekend with £5 Bloody Bodas all day long!
