Swedish Martini

In collaboration with Absolut we have created our very own Martini. We think it is perfectly balanced with the fruits, a bit sour from lime and sweetness from the pineapple. Give it a try!

Ingredients:

25ml Absolut Rhubarb juice

25ml Cointreau

12.5ml lime juice

50ml pineapple juic

Method:

Chill cocktail glass.

Pour all ingredients over ice in boston shaker.

Shake for 15 seconds then double strain into chilled cocktail glas.

Drink and enjoy!
